Fighters from all over the world got themselves some special tattoos to get new powers or increase what powers they have to join in a fighting competition to see who is the best. Each of them enters the competition with an agenda of their own, including the event organizer, the cyborg Freia. The defeated gives up their tattoo powers to the victor of the battle... who will be the greatest of them all?
